Controls operating effectiveness testing as a service

  • Design and maintain controls, automate them where possible to reduce costs, and the right reporting structure to provide continuous assurance to the board.
  • Automated controls testing (business, finance, ESG, security or IT-controls).

Remote managing risks, GRC, and internal audit

  • Within 3 months we insource GRC-, risk management and internal audit to our service centre in Suriname.
  • If technology is insourced, all GRC-functions are provided as a service (eg, continuity, third party risks).
  • Including a structured quality improvement program (processes and people).
  • Reporting functionalities are included (against your quality requirements).

Managed (SAP) authorisations, IAM and AD monitoring

  • Within 2 months we insource (SAP) authorisations, AD monitoring, and IAM to our centre in South Africa.
  • Migrate client technology to our environment.
  • All services including a structured quality improvement program (processes and people).
  • Reporting functionalities are included (against your quality requirements).

Repetitive compliance for banks and accountants

  • Compliance as a service from Suriname for transaction & reporting oriented repetitive compliance work.
  • Seamlessly integrated.

Two outsourcing models – co-sourcing and full outsourcing

Co-sourcing

  • Co-sourcing as a ‘dedicated bubble’ within the BR1GHT service centre with a team fully dedicated to work for you and you alone (with ‘Chinese walls’ between the client teams).
  • Two options: (1) a team built out of global specialist who work only for you (no physical office and engagement based), and or (2) a team out of our service centres in Surinam and or South Africa (long-term contract).
  • BR1GHT teams all consist of individual specialists, a Director, seniors (leads) and juniors.
  • The BR1GHT team(s) work under direct supervision of the client management (as if they are their own resources). This limits cost of BR1GHT co-ordination and provides maximum flexibility.
  • Integration between BR1GHT team and client team is seamless and we always have a local representative who actually speaks your language and is at your physical location (feet-on-the-ground).
  • The BR1GHT teams works (remote) in our client’s IT-systems and comply to their risk & quality requirements and systems. This is ideal for organisation who cannot share risk and quality responsibilities (like accountant firms). In this option we don’t have explicit Service Level Agreements; you define the required quality.
  • Quality (and thus training) is responsibility of client and is managed directly between client coordinator and BR1GHT coordinator in The Netherlands with Director(s) per region. The BR1GHT coordinator sit next to client coordinator.
  • Available for repetitive work and also available for specialist consulting, and fixed & flexible resources.
  • Flexibility (within boundaries) in the activities the BR1GHT team members can perform. Utilisation is under client responsibilities.

Full outsourcing

  • In our full-outsourcing option, we also create a ‘dedicated bubble’ within the BR1GHT service centre with a BR1GHT team that is fully dedicated to work for you and only you (we provide ‘Chinese walls’ between our teams).
  • The services are done by a team out of our service centres in Surinam and or South Africa (long-term contract).
  • BR1GHT teams all consist of individual specialists, a Director, seniors (leads) and juniors.
  • The BR1GHT team(s) work under BR1GHT supervision and you coordination is done at an operational, tactical and strategic level. This adds limited costs above the co-sourcing option.
  • Integration between BR1GHT team and client team is seamless and we always have a local representative who actually speaks your language and is at your physical location (feet-on-the-ground).
  • The BR1GHT teams works (remote) in our client’s IT-systems and comply to their risk & quality requirements and systems. This is managed through a translation of those risk and quality requirements into a concise service level agreement and the responsibility of the client coordinator and the BR1GHT team(s) lead(s).
  • Quality (and thus training) is BR1GHT’s responsibility. You don’t have to worry about it (this adds costs above the co-sourcing option).

Suriname

  • In Suriname, we have a team of specialist available to work on Dutch and European client on 2 types of services:
    • High value’ specialist consulting on GRC, risk management, compliance internal & external auditing for specific engagements.
    • Repetitive transaction work in all (banking) compliance areas (Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act), (SOx) controls effectiveness testing, and external audit compliance support (ISQM-related). Our services include support in communication to your board and directors and with you stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies or external financial auditor.   • All our staff is Dutch and English speaking and most have had their education in Europe or the USA and most have work experiences abroad. South Africa

  • In South Africa, we provide ‘high value’ specialist consulting in all governance areas on an engagement basis, in combination with outsourcing of specific IT-services.
  • The IT-services out of South Africa support both our IT-controls & security propositions as well as our controls automation and continuous (controls) monitoring propositions. They encompass (SAP) authorisations management, application security, automated SAP-controls testing active directory services, and identify & access management.
  • All our staff speaks perfectly English, are well-educated, and are extensively skilled in the latest technology.
  • Besides the more controls oriented outsourcing, we also provide SAP specialists in the areas of SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management and the more standard SAP FI/CO consulting.
  • All our staff can participate in our clients processes and or (large) SAP-oriented change programs. We can fully manage those programs from start to finish.
