Would you like to help customers in implementing state-of-the-art SAP security & compliance (SSC) and supporting software solutions? Then you have come to the right place! We offer you great opportunities to become the expert in SAP security & compliance software implementation and become an SCC oriented application and business consultant. We support all SAP applications, from core SAP to, BRIM, ISU, S/4 HANA and SAP GRC. Your base location is The Netherlands, but you have the possibility to work in all our regions.

As Principal Consultant you manage the team within our shared service center in South Africa (remote of locally) that performs clients engagements as SAP audits, SAP controls design and implementations, controls automaten and managed SAP security services. As a SAP security & compliance your focus is specifically on risk related SAP processes and system configurations. The projects will be very diverse; small-scale reviews to long-term S/4HANA projects and implementation projects.
In your role as Principal consultant you will report directly to the director SAP Security and Controls and adds value to support in the sales process to our clients, deliver client engagements, coach and train (junior) team members and become encouraged to further develop our services and contribute to the creation of new and innovative solutions
Specific aspects
To be successful in the position of principal Consultant SAP security & compliance, you have:
– Minimum 8 years relevant work experience,
– the ideal candidate has experience in functional or technical SAP components (e.g. FI, SD, MM, Basis, etc.), in Consulting, IT Risk Management, IT Assurance and/or audit and was involved in SAP authorization redesign projectrs
– a BIG-4 background of other international consulting firms
– Experience with SAP access and security implementations and reviews;
– Experience in managing, leading and supporting colleagues;
– Actively contributes to building the talent and customer pipeline; creates a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high-performing teams;
– An excellent command of written and spoken English
– A completed university (or similar) education
– Experience with SAP GRC, S/4HANA and or other SAP solutions
– has experience in common SAP GRC tooling as SOterion and/or SAP GRC, CSI etc.
