Webinar: High performance audit teams

Join us to explore a framework of four characteristics of high performing audit teams – business alignment, effective stakeholder partnerships, empowering people leadership and efficient/accountable process and governance – areas which if truly achieved lead to higher performance and extended business contribution. The framework presented is drawn from real world experience and is illustrated by practical examples of implementation. Gain ideas and tips about areas you may wish to explore to enhance performance and extend the contribution you and your audit colleagues make to your organisation’s success.

This session will be particularly relevant for Chief Audit Executives, Directors and Heads of Audit and Functional operations leads who are looking to continually improve and develop their audit team and build a function that is a destination of choice for the best audit talent.

Our speaker is Jonathan Chapman who will be talking about his experience of successful internal audit functions and the wider contribution they make. Jonathan operated as Internal Audit Chief Operating Officer at Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group and more recently has been advising a range of Internal Audit and Risk Executives on successful functional change. He was shortlisted in the 2018 Risk and Audit Inspirational Leader awards.
