By combining both extensive Continuous Monitoring expertise on business performance and compliance together with our technology partners we can offer our clients a unique value proposition to capture hidden revenue in financial processing and improve performance, while at the same time we can lower cost of control, increase compliance and provide trust. This will become more and more relevant in a time where our (multinational-) clients strengthening their ERP system landscape with “Best of Breed” solutions, move from on-premises to the (hybrid) cloud, and the increase the usage of IOT. With our technology partners we now support our clients with best practice continuous monitoring, including an extensive API-platform integrating 180 applications, a cloud based repository of over 400 controls where 100% of our client’s business transactions are preventively being monitored. Valor Management’s advisory services will continue under the umbrella of BR1GHT. Valor Management with over 15 years of KPMG background has a broad (international) experience on Governance Risk and Compliance, SAP advisory, (internal) audits , project advisory and assurance and SOX. BR1GHT is founded in 2019 as a spin-off from PwC in close cooperation with SAP powerhouse IFS Probity. BR1GHT has 60+ client globally and aims to be an intermediary solution provider to connect people networks, technology vendors to deliver value propositions in the area’s of Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, Continuous monitoring, SAP and Finance.

The audit related activities of Valor Management will continue under the name Valor Audit (www.valor-audit.nl). An audit-only company focusing on assurance related offerings such as privacy-, project- and IT-audits, assurance engagements (such as SOC2/ISAE34002) and other assurance related services such as financial audit support.
