BR1GHT partnered with UWV, a Dutch government agency, to implement TeamMate+ that integrated three disciplines: Internal, IT, and Financial audits. UWV aimed to enhance collaboration, standardize templates, and reduce redundant tasks. BR1GHT, leveraging Wolters Kluwer’s TeamMate+, supported UWV by aligning audit disciplines, optimizing workflows, and refining audit templates, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient auditing.

Our approach addressed the complexity of integrating diverse audit functions within a unified system.Through agile iterations and tailored solutions, we successfully facilitated the harmonization of different methodologies. This effort included the creation of standardized templates and streamlined audit programs, leading to improved navigation, quality reviews, and compliance.

We also configured TeamMate+ to meet UWV’s role requirements, enabling enhanced supervision, accountability, and adherence to their principles. This collaboration has transformed UWV’s audit process into a unified, streamlined system, raising the bar for quality and efficiency. The project has been a valuable learning experience, demonstrating the potential of TeamMate+ to modernize audit practices effectively.
