Event Summary

Do you want to be part of a truly high performing audit team but are unsure what is required to make this happen? Do you want to be at the place that auditors across your sector look up to and want to work? Building a high performing team takes time and considerable skill. Based on work completed at several leading audit functions, and interviews with arrange of Chief Audit Executives, this webinar examines the features of high performing audit teams and provides practical examples of activity that help make this a reality.

Join us to explore a framework of four characteristics of high performing audit teams – business alignment, effective stakeholder relationships, empowering leadership, and efficient/accountable process and governance – areas which, if truly achieved, lead to higher performance and extended business contribution. The framework presented is drawn from real world experience and is illustrated by practical examples of implementation. Gain ideas and tips about areas you may wish to explore to enhance performance and extend the contribution you and your audit colleagues make to your organization’s success.
