BNG Bank | Transitioning to TeamMate+ TeamCloud

BNG Bank is a Dutch bank in the public sector. BNG Bank’s services include supporting clients in achieving their social objectives efficiently and effectively. One of their main objectives is to finance projects with social impact in sectors such as housing, healthcare, education, public infrastructure and energy. In addition to its financial services, BNG Bank is committed to sustainability and actively contributes to the energy transition in the Netherlands.
BNG Bank’s IT strategy is focused on having their IT applications sourced from the Cloud. As such also TeamMate is being transitioned from the on-premise installation towards the Wolters Kluwer facilitated TeamCloud.
We were asked to support BNG bank in this process and identify opportunities to take benefits of the features and possibilities that are available by transitioning from TeamMate+ on Premise to TeamMate+ TeamCloud. Throughout this project, we work together to provide insights how the TeamCloud environment of TeamMate+ add additional value once transitioned.
Upscaling and integrating best-practice technology
We will identify ways that are available in TeamMate+ TeamCloud, via a gap assessment, to enhance BNG Bank’s way of working. We will explore the capabilities within the newest version of TeamMate+; focused on that the audit team has access to the tools and insights needed to further improve efficiency and impact to their stakeholders.
Delivering knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the BNG Bank’s team
To drive a successful transition, we provide knowledge-sharing sessions tailored to BNG bank’s audit team’s needs. These sessions will go beyond standard training and focus on new functionalities rather than revisiting old ones, enabling the internal audit team to gain practical experience with how to use the new features.
Defining a roadmap with next steps for Internal Audit’s stakeholders
The transition to TeamMate+ is the foundation for a technology-enabled roadmap that delivers greater value to all stakeholders. Together, we will define a roadmap that aligns enhancements with the needs of the audit team. This roadmap will define priorities, next steps, to drive continuous improvement. By leveraging best practices and audit demands BNG Bank enables to get the most out of TeamMate+.
