Supporting TMF Group in Selecting a GRC Solution for SIRA Compliance

TMF Group, a global professional services firm, was seeking to strengthen their Risk Management and Compliance functions by selecting the right technology to facilitate the mandatory Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA). They required support in navigating the software selection process to ensure a solution that would enable effective governance and risk management across the organisation.
BR1GHT was engaged to provide strategic guidance, evaluate potential solutions, and assist TMF in selecting the best GRC technology for their needs. The goal was to ensure that TMF could meet its compliance requirements while also building a foundation for future governance enhancements.
BR1GHT’s role was to lead TMF through a structured process for selecting a GRC solution to support their SIRA requirements. Following the evaluation, BR1GHT supported TMF in finalising their software selection and assisted in preparing for contract negotiations with the chosen vendor.
