In this session, Ken Petersen, Director and Product Manager of TeamMate Analytics, takes a close look at how analytics can play a pivotal role in not only guiding audits, but also uncovering insights from data to tell a story of what’s really happening in a specific area of the business. While analytics is quite a powerful tool in and of itself, it should be used in conjunction with other auditing techniques and tools for a well-rounded audit approach. Let’s dive into the matter and cover the five stages of root cause analysis and how they relate to the audit process to unravel the narrative behind our numbers!
