Would you like to help customers in implementing state-of-the-art Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Control software? Then you have come to the right place! We offer you great opportunities to become the expert in TeamMate software and become an Internal Audit oriented business consultant. Your base location is The Netherlands, but you have the possibility to work in all our regions.

BR1GHT advises companies on the realization of Digital Control, thereby improving their performance and implement software solutions. We do this in the areas of risk management, continuous monitoring, business controls automation, internal audit and compliance, and we work together with established vendors and partners in the field of consulting and system implementations.

We are BR1GHT, a young and dynamic organization established in 2019. We provide the above mentioned services in six organisational governance areas covering all lines of defense:
- business & finance controls optimisation.
- IT (controls and security).
- GRC and risk management.
- compliance.
- internal audit.
- external audit.
Who are you?
We are looking for people who can form a fantastic whole in their diversity with us. Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- HBO+ degree, preferably in the area of business and IT.
- Preferably, between 2 – 6 years of work experience in IT, internal audit or consultancy.
- Strong communication skills and you know how to switch between the different levels within an organization.
- An ambitious team player who likes to deliver quality and only stops when the desired result is achieved;
- You are eager to learn and come up with new ideas and innovative insights;
- You speak English fluently and preferably Dutch as well.
- You enjoy working internationally with different cultures.

Who are we?
We are BR1GHT, a young and dynamic organization established in 2019, now servicing over 80 (multi-)national clients in 14 countries globally. We work closely together with well-established technology vendors, we source our specialist globally, and provide managed services out of Suriname and South Africa. In Suriname we focus on GRC and compliance for audit firms and financial institutes and in South Africa we provide more technology related services, such as SAP authorisation, multi-application security management, active directory, SAP GRC and controls automations.
